Adult Swim Class

Our Adult swim lessons are designed and conducted by instructors that understand what you need to become more comfortable and proficient in the water. Buoyancy (floating), breath control, and propulsion (movement) are the three primary skills to swimming. In each class, we will introduce new ways for you to develop these skills. Adults learn at an accelerated rate; it's not unusual to see adults go from simply putting their face in the water to swimming across the pool in a shorter period of time then a child. Class meets once a week for 45 minutes (30 min instructor based, 15 min of practice time).

Sign-ups available on a monthly basis. For months with 4 weeks the cost is $125 for 4 lessons. For months with 5 weeks, cost is $156.25 for 5 lessons.
