Competitive Strokes

This program is designed to teach proper competitive stroke mechanics and to improve technique for all 4 strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. This is good fit for swimmers who are considering swimming competitively or who are currently on a competitive swim team and are looking to improve technique. Stroke fundamentals are presented in a unique way that will have swimmers understanding the stroke in a way they never knew before! Developmental Swim Team meets for 45 minutes weekly, and are held at the same day and time each week. Swimmers can expect to have the same swim instructor each lesson as this consistency helps build trust and confidence; There can be times when an instructor requires a substitute.

Sign-ups available on a monthly basis. For months with 4 weeks the cost is $105 for 4 lessons. For months with 5 weeks, cost is $131.25 for 5 lessons.

The student continues to refine their skills at longer distances and adds additional strokes such as Butterfly and Sidestroke. Front Crawl and Back Crawl 50 yards, Backstroke 25 yards, and treading water for 3 minutes.
