KFSS Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Kids First Swim School. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Policies
1. Enrollment and Payment:
• Full payment is required to secure your child’s spot in our swim lessons, camps, or events.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• Classes canceled by Kids First Swim School will be rescheduled or credited to your account.
• If you wish to cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a makeup lesson or account credit.
3. Makeup Classes:
• Makeup classes are offered as a courtesy and are subject to availability. Most locations offer one makeup lesson per month, however this is subject to change and does vary by location. Missed classes without prior notice will not qualify for makeup sessions.
4. Pool Safety Rules:
• All participants must follow pool safety rules and instructions from instructors and staff.
• Parents/guardians are required to supervise their children before and after class times.

Communication and Notifications
1. Opt-In for Communications:
• By enrolling in our programs, you consent to receive communication via email, text, or phone related to your account, class updates, promotions, and events.
• You may opt out of promotional communications by following the instructions provided in our messages: Reply HELP or INFO for assistance. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out at any time.

•Users will receive promotional and informational messages weekly. Message and data rates may apply.

•SMS communications will include informational and promotional materials.
2. Privacy:
• Your personal information will be used solely for program management and communication purposes. We will not share or sell your information to third parties.

Liability and Waivers
1. Assumption of Risk:
• Swimming is a physical activity, and participants engage at their own risk. By enrolling, you acknowledge that Kids First Swim School is not liable for any injuries sustained during lessons, events, or on-site activities.
2. Medical Conditions:
• Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements for your child.
3. Liability Waiver:
• Upon enrollment, parents/guardians agree to sign a liability policy releasing Kids First Swim School from claims related to injuries or accidents.

Program Adjustments
1. Schedule Changes:
• Kids First Swim School reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or policies as needed.
• We will communicate any changes to you in a timely manner.
2. Facility Closures:
• In the event of unforeseen closures (e.g., extreme weather, maintenance), we will provide makeup opportunities or account credits.

Refunds and Credits
1. Refund Policy:
• We do not offer refunds for tuition payments.
• Credits may be issued for missed classes with advance notice or extenuating circumstances.
2. Gift Cards and Promotions:
• Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and unable to be redeemed for cash.

Photography and Media
1. Media Release:
• By participating in our programs, you agree that Kids First Swim School may use photos or videos taken during lessons or events for marketing purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing.
